1. Printer not found

Please make sure the printer hardware is properly connected and the drivers are installed.  Please follow the printer installation guide.

2. Ticket does not fit into one page properly

The printer needs to be configured.  Please follow the printer installation guide.

3. Default print offline

Select an active printer from the dropdown list.

4. Default printer not found when computer moved to other vehicles

Select the printer associated with the vechicle which the computer moved into.
