Scanner Troubleshooting

It may take up to five minutes for the scanner to start to work after a new computer reboot or connected to a new scanner device.

In the hardware setting page of the E-Ticket software, scan a license first and then click on “Test”.  If the message shows "Scanner works properly", click "Set" and the scanner should work properly.

If the scanner cannot work properly, use the device manager to check hardware availability and status.
